Kitty (available in PortableApps) is a putty-fork, that adds a few nifty little features. I like it because of the start-button and especially as it can save profiles not just in the registry but also a flat files.

_While Kitty is great and sufficient for any use in the range of SSH, I came to understand that MobaXterm is clearly more powerful. It also fits into a PortableApps-installation but is not directly installable using one.__
